The hydrogen bonding energy landscape of the receptor is visualized by
a sweeping cut-plane functionality of CheVi. This figure shows the
suitable locations for a hydrogen bond donor in the ligand with green
-> yellow -> red spots, highlighting the best locations in red.
The whole 3D field can be visualized by sweeping the plane
interactively in CheVi. Unfortunately, we cannot demonstrate that
interactive functionality here on the web page, but we have created a
series of snapshots and a short movie showing a sweep:
