This snapshot shows the molecular surface (aka Conolly surface) of the
ligand APPA with the electrostatic field of the receptor mapped on the
surface with color coding. The rainbow color spectrum is mapped to the
electrostatic values, so that the red end of the spectum corresponds to
the negatively charged values, while the blue end corresponds to the
positively charged values with green respresenting neutral area. The
Trypsin receptor is rendered in 'Bond lines only' mode.
Click on the image to get the 3D view of the scene using VRML. Note:
due to a defect in the VRML generator function we used, the VRML
version holes on the surface. We apologize for this inconvenience and
working to fix of the converter.
