This snapshot shows the molecular surface (aka Conolly surface) of the ligand APPA with the electrostatic field of the receptor mapped on the surface with color coding. The rainbow color spectrum is mapped to the electrostatic values, so that the red end of the spectum corresponds to the negatively charged values, while the blue end corresponds to the positively charged values with green respresenting neutral area. The Trypsin receptor is rendered in 'Bond lines only' mode.
