This snapshot demonstrates two basic molecule display mode: the APPA ligand is rendered in 'Stick & Ball' mode, while the Trypsin receptor is rendered in 'Wire & Ball' mode. One atom of each molecule is selected - these are indicated by a pruple wire-frame box around them - and their distance is being measured, which is indicated by the white arrow.
