CAESA: Computer Assisted Estimation of Synthetic Accessibility

CAESA automatically ranks sets of molecules according to their ease of synthesis and displays the synthesis route.

SimBioSys, Inc. is pleased to release CAESA version 2.4

Computational techniques to automatically generate large sets of structures are becoming increasingly widespread. Methods of automatically prioritizing these structures are central to the effective application of structure generation programs to solve practical problems. CAESA (Computer Assisted Estimation of Synthetic Accessibility) is a computer program to automatically rank sets of molecules according to their ease of synthesis.

Please contact us for more information on the software.

The CAESA software was written by The Institute for Computer Applications in Molecular Sciences, University of Leeds.
